Midfield sensation Aziz Issah has been named in Ghana’s senior national team squad for the first time, ahead of the upcoming Unity Cup 2025 in London.
The 19-year-old rising star, who shone for the Black Satellites, has been recognized for his excellent vision, creativity, and ability to control the midfield. His call-up to the Black Stars marks a significant milestone in his promising career.
Coach Otto Addo included Issah in a 23-man squad that blends experienced internationals with fresh faces. The Unity Cup, which features Ghana, Nigeria, Jamaica, and Trinidad and Tobago, will offer Issah his first taste of senior international football.
Ghana will take on Nigeria in their opening match on Wednesday, May 28, with a place in the final on the line. Fans will be eager to see what Issah brings to the team as he makes his debut at this level.
