Ajax Amsterdam coach Erik ten Hag has said that Sébastien Haller would ‘probably not’ have come to the Dutch giants if the other strikers were fit and Brian had extended his contract.
The gaffer is, however, disappointed that the eighteen-year-old attacker has still not signed a new deal with the Eredivisie powerhouse.
“I think Ajax is a leading youth academy in the world. Ajax produces a lot of players. The first team is a springboard for top clubs in Europe, look at Frenkie, look at Donny.
