The 13th African Games scheduled to take place in Ghana in 2023 may be relocated.
This was disclosed by Algerian Mustapha Berraf, president of the Association of African National Olympic Committees (ANOCA).
Despite promises by former Sports minister Isaac Kwame Asiamah, completed as quickly building the new stadium that is hosting the 13 th edition of the 2023 African Games, things seem to go no chameleon. And Ghana risks having the organization withdrawn.
A mission led by the president of ANOCA, Mustapha Berraf is currently staying in Accra to find a solution with the Ghanaian government. According to reports, ANOCA does not rule out withdrawing the organization from Ghana in favor of Egypt.
