Aduana Stars FC has debunked rumors circulating in the Ghanaian media that they want a new date for their league opener with Accra Hearts of Oak.
Reports were rife in the local media that the “Fire” club wants their game against Hearts of Oak to be rescheduled but they have come out to deny it.
“We are pleased to announce that the date for our game with Hearts of Oak remain unchanged, 14th November, 2020. We gave not written or decided to write to the GFA for any changes.” An official statement from the club on Wednesday night read.
Aduana Stars will host the Phobians at the Nana Agyemang-Badu Park on November 14 in what is easily the biggest game in Week 1.
