Ghanaian Forward Emmanuel Ocran made his Lincoln Red Imps FC debut on Tuesday night at home against Romanian giants CFR Cluj.
The former Dreams FC attacker joined the Red and Blacks last week on a one-year deal from the Ghana Premier League.
Ocran made his first appearance in the UEFA Champions League as he came on as a second half substitute when his team was trailing by one goal with the score showing 2-1 on the scoreboard.
The 25-year-old striker played the last 20 minutes of the match but could not change the fortunes of his side as they succumbed to CFR Cluj at home handing the visitors the advantage before the second leg next week.
Ocran’s team, Lincoln scored a late first half goal but lost the game 2-1 at the end of the frenetic and entertaining.
The Ghanaian forward scored twice in 31 games in the 2020-21 Ghana Premier League season for Dreams FC before he joined the Gibraltar giants.
