German born Ghanaian winger Davis Asante will have preseason with the Werder Bremen senior team after an impressive campaign with the Under 19’s.
Asante, 18, who is the skipper of the Werder Bremen youth team has been in fantastic form scoring eleven goals and providing nine assists in 37 games since his promotion to the Under 19’s last summer.
Sportsworldghana.com can confirm that his exploits has caught the eyes of senior team manager Thomas Schaaf who will give him a chance in his side during the preseason as they prepare for the 2021/2022 Bundesliga.
Asante who has been tagged as an exciting talent by the German media was born to Ghanaian parents in the German city of Bremen and has already represented the European country at Under 16 level.
