Ghanaian forward, Elton Acolatse scored brace in two minutes to help Isreali team Hapoel Beer Sheva to a 3-1 home win over Slavia Prague on Thursday.
The Ghanaian attacker quick fire double was all Hapoel needed to beat Czech Republic giants in the UEFA Europa League.
Johnatan Agudelo powered the host into a first half lead on the stroke of half time to make it 1-0 to Hapoel.
Fifteen minutes to full time, Lukas Provod restored parity for the away team to set up a grand style finish to the match.
On the 86th minutes, Acolatse scored his first goal of the match to put his team back in front with four minutes left on the clock.
Two minutes later, the Ghanaian was celebrating again as his 88th minutes strike secured a 2 – 0 win for the Red and Whites to record their first win in the Europa League on Match day one.
Acolatse, who powered his team into the group stages when he scored the winner against Scottish team Motherwell has two goals in his first Europa League group stage game with Hapoel.
The 25-year-old Ghanaian attacker was withdrawn one minutes after his second goal in the match.
