Ghana winger Christian Atsu has explained their celebration dance after Asamoah Gyan scored against Mali to book a place in the 2017 AFCON Quarter finals.
Contrary to interpretations by most Ghanaians saying the Celebration dance depicts a man whose manhood is erected and is ready for any lady, Christian Atsu says it otherwise.
Atsu expounded their dance after Asamoah Gyan headed home the opener for Ghana was inspired by Kofi Kenaata’s hit song “confession”
“You know that song by Kofi Kinata asking God to take the steering wheel is what we are dancing to. We are also celebrating God taking the steering wheel for us” He told pulse Sports.
