Former GFA Vice President Fred Pappoe has exclusively revealed that his main campaign message is to restore the GFA brand.
The Ghana football Association brand in recent years have been butted and bruised which made it unattractive to the cooperate world.
Pappoe will be seeking to replace his former boss Kwesi Nyantakyi who resigned in the wake of an investigative piece by controversial journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas on corruption in Ghana Football.
He will join Nana Yaw Amponsah, George Afriyie, Kurt Okraku, Osei Kweku Palmer, Dr. Tony Auyben and Dr. Kwame Kyei who have already declared their intention to contest for the high seat.
Pappoe insists he will work hard to restore the image of the FA if voted into power.
“My message is simple,restoring the brand,we have to restore the brand because we currently have a brand which is bruised and butted in many way through our own actions and inactions”.
“We have to work hard for the cooperate world to have that believe in us again “

“We have a lot of packages or lot of priorities in various areas, talk of youth football,juvenile football ,women’s football, grassroots football development, reorganization and modernization of our domestic competitions will all be looked at critically”he told Starr FM Sports .
