Ghanaian central defender Mordecai Boahene Zuhs has completed a move to German Regionalliga club FC Düren on a two-year contract.
The 21-year-old, known for his strong left foot, joins FC Düren from another Regionalliga side, SV Rödinghausen. Zuhs is expected to bolster FC Düren’s defense and provide stability as the team aims to secure promotion to the 3. Bundesliga.
Born in Eschweiler, Germany, to Ghanaian parents, Zuhs is the younger brother of former Medeama, Kotoko, and Black Satellites attacking midfielder Kwame Boahene.
Standing at 6 feet 3 inches tall, he honed his skills at the Bayern Monchengladbach Academy.
In addition to his time at SV Rödinghausen, Zuhs has previously played for Rot Weiss Ahlen, Alemannia Aachen, and has represented the youth teams of Borussia Monchengladbach.
