Dundee United Football Club manager Jim Goodwin has heaped praise on Ghana youth international Mathew Anim Cudjoe following his role in the club’s Scottish League Cup win.
Anim Cudjoe played 64 minutes of action as Dundee United beat Falkirk FC in their third group game in the ongoing cup competition earlier this week.
In Tuesday’s Viaplay Cup triumph against Falkirk, the little Ghanaian was excellent, displaying no fear as he tormented the Bairns with direct dribbling and sharp passes.
“Mathew is one of the most gifted players in the squad. He is unplayable in training, at times,” he said about the Ghanaian.
The 19-year-old received the man of the match award from the broadcasters, Viaplay, who agreed with the manager’s assessment.
