Nora Häuptle, the head coach of the Ghana women’s national football team, has revealed the provisional squad list for the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic Games Qualifiers against Guinea.
The highly-anticipated match is scheduled to take place between July 10 and July 18, 2023.
A notable inclusion in the squad is Afi Amenyaku, the talented goalkeeper from Northern Ladies and Black Princesses. Amenyaku has earned her first senior call-up after displaying exceptional performances during the recent WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup of Nations held in Kumasi.
Häuptle has also reintroduced three players who have been absent from the national team for an extended period. Ernestina Abambilla, Jennifer Cudjoe, and Alice Kusi make their return, providing valuable experience and expertise to the squad.
In preparation for these crucial qualifiers, the Black Queens will commence their training camp on Monday, July 3, at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence (GSCE) in Prampram.

The training camp is set to begin at 4:00 pm local time on Monday, signaling the team’s dedicated efforts to achieve success in the upcoming qualifiers.
