The Zimbabwean senior national team have been promised a good bonus package if they are able to get the needed results against Ethiopia at the Bahir Dar Stadium in Addis Ababa this afternoon.
The Warriors drew their first match against South Africa at their own fortress over the weekend and they need to secure at least a point in Ethiopia if they are to keep their dreams of qualifying for the next world cup on course.
In a release sighted by sportsworldghana.com, the Zimbabwean Minister of Sports, Hon. Tino Machakaire has secured an amount of $64,000 through fund raising and it will be shared among the players equally if they win in Addis Ababa.
Zimbabwe qualified for the last African Cup of Nations in Egypt and they are hoping to build on it by making it to the World Cup for the first time in their history.
